American University Washington College of Law Professor Ezra Rosser in his new op-ed on The Hill discusses the recent revelation of a sexual assault allegation against U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. He says while “it is too early to know what effect it will have on his confirmation,” we must never tolerate public figures who “try to brush aside past bad behavior as irrelevant incidents from childhood.”
