Summer Abroad Programs

Summer Abroad programs in London, Brussels, Geneva, and The Hague have been suspended for Summer 2020.

Apply now to study law in one of our summer programs abroad for an interdisciplinary “crash course” of international and transnational issues. Our programs are open to students from any law school in the US as well as to participants with legal training such as practitioners from the US and around the world, and law students from non-US law schools, especially students and alumni from our partner institutions.

Participate in our summer programs in The Hague, London, Brussels, and Geneva and learn from local faculty, network with international practitioners, visit legal establishments in other countries, and gain a new perspective on the law and legal system.

Summer 2020 applications for students from US law schools (for credit) are currently open and can be accessed through the program pages below. Summer 2020 applications for law students from non-US law schools (including partner school students and alumni) and legal practitioners are now open and can be accessed through the program pages below.

For more information about the programs, please contact wclabroad@wcl.american.edu with questions.
