COVID-19 Financial Assistance

The WCL Dean's Fund is available to help our students who are adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Funds can be used for emergency support for various expenses, such as housing, food, travel and technology to students enrolled in the Spring 2020 semester who are unable to meet the unexpected financial burdens resulting from the effects of the novel coronavirus. Only students currently enrolled in the Spring 2020 semester will be eligible for consideration.

We also want to inform you that the Wolpoff Fund and AccessLex funds are resources for qualifying students who have experienced non-volitional circumstances for which they will not receive future reimbursement or payment from another party. Wolpoff Fund support is awarded and processed in accordance with federal financial aid regulations and WCL financial aid institutional policy.

To submit an emergency fund request, please complete this form explaining the change of circumstances with a specific amount and relevant documentation including any paid receipts.

Should you have any questions, please contact Laura Herr, Associate Dean of Development & Alumni Relations, at lherr@wcl.american.edu.
