Description

This course will introduce students to the basics of a transactional law practice by focusing on a single transaction from start to finish. The students will be required to successfully negotiate the purchase and sale of certain assets and draft the financing documents related to such purchase. The course will be conducted by a combination of class discussion and lecture, student drafting, student negotiations, both in team and individual settings.
