Office of Career & Professional Development

The Office of Career & Professional Development (OCPD) partners with students and alumni on all aspects of their career development through counseling, programming and resources.  Recruitment programs and other events involving private and public sector employers, combined with self-assessment and workplace professionalism guidance, result in effective job search strategies for the various career opportunities available to those with legal training.

Recent Employment Statistics

Over the past three years AUWCL graduates have secured employment in 40 different states in the U.S. and 20 countries abroad. The School reports JD employment post-graduation to the American Bar Association (ABA) and the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) for each class year.
