Welcome to the Trial Advocacy Program
The nationally ranked Stephen S. Weinstein Trial Advocacy Program prepares students for litigation practice. The Program offers a variety of courses, special programs, and advocacy competitions. Courses emphasize implementing a winning case theory and narrative, developing core pretrial and trial skills, demonstrating professionalism and persuasive communication techniques, and mastering cutting-edge technology.
Programs include an Advocacy LL.M., intensive summer program and oral litigation program in Spanish. Advocacy competitions include moot court, mock trial and alternative dispute resolution teams.
