Description

America is facing multiple crises threatening our commitment to the rule of law as we face terrorist threats to racial and other aspects of social justice, to a truly democratic electoral system and to other fundamental elements of our Constitution. The seminar will discuss recent and upcoming Supreme Court decisions dealing with these and related issues.
