Greetings! Please read the draft syllabus to see if this course is a good fit. You can also contact me in case of any questions. Of particular note, please review the course meeting schedule listed in the attached draft syllabus. As noted in the course schedule, this class meets mostly on Mondays, 2:00 to 3:50 p.m. But due to a combination of holidays, university breaks, and personal schedule conflicts, some classes will meet other days. (Currently we are looking at Friday, Sept. 9 and Friday, Sept. 23 from 2:00 to 3:50 p.m., as well as the official University make-up day of Wednesday, November 30, 2022, from 2:00 to 3:50 p.m.). All information listed here and in the syllabus is subject to change. Especially once the semester is underway, please check Canvas for the most current version of the syllabus and course information.

Description

Addresses family- and employment-based immigration topics and provides students with an in-depth, practice-oriented look at both the issues and the procedures involved in handling family- and employment-based immigration cases.
