This course will provide you with in-depth techniques and skills for legal research that are essential to legal practice, clerking, dean's fellow assignments, and research for law review notes, comments and seminar papers. We will use problems, exercises, presentations and a written pathfinder to enhance your knowledge of the process of legal research. We will examine the research sources in intellectual property in detail, and identify the best and most cost-effective research sources and research approaches applicable.
