Description

During the course of this semester, we will address, among other topics, personal jurisdiction, subject matter jurisdiction, ascertaining applicable law, summary judgment practice, the binding effect of prior decisions, and several Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. We will engage these topics through analyzing cases, rules, and statutes.
