Description

International Arbitration and Choice-of-Law Issues is a one-credit course offered within the context of the International Arbitration Summer Session. The course – essentially based on the analysis of arbitral awards – focuses on the applicable law or rules of law to the different legal issues subject to the determinations of international arbitrators. Additionally the course teaches how the different approaches to choice-of-law problems influence arbitral solutions in regard to procedural matters and the merits of the dispute.
