Description

This course focuses on a prosecutor’s role in a gang homicide case from the discovery of the victim up to and through prosecution and sentencing of co-defendants. Students are exposed to the day-to-day work of local prosecutors and essential skills and motions filed by prosecutors in the context of a gang homicide case.
