El curso tiene por objeto brindar una introducción general al arbitraje comercial internacional, incluyendo los siguientes temas: elementos básicos del arbitraje internacional, el acuerdo arbitral, cómo redactar una cláusula arbitral, derecho aplicable, inicio del arbitraje, la constitución y organización del tribunal arbitral, imparcialidad e independencia de los árbitros, conducción del proceso, audiencias arbitrales y reconocimiento y ejecución de los laudos arbitrales.
