On September 28, the Program on Law and Government and the American Bar Association Division for Public Education co-sponsored “On the Docket: Looking Ahead at the New Supreme Court Term.” Panelists included Tom Goldstein WCL’95, Janai Nelson, NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc., WCL Professor Jayesh Rathod, Richard Wolf, USA Today Supreme Court correspondent, moderated by WCL Professor Steve Wermiel. The discussion examined the numerous important cases to be heard by the Supreme Court in its upcoming Term, as well as some issues that may be in the pipeline for the Justices.Magnify Photo
