On September 12th, the Program on Law and Government hosted its Constitution Day event, “Oversight and Investigation of the Executive Branch.” The event featured a keynote address by Rep. American University Washington College of Law (AUWCL) today announced that Fernando Laguarda has been appointed Professorial Lecturer and the new Director of the Program on Law and Government. Laguarda will oversee all operations of and strategic planning for the Program on Law and Government, and teach Antitrust, Communications Law, and Legal Ethics, among other courses, as a law school faculty member.Read more
