If you are a current WCL student, a CareerLink account was created for you. If you do not know your username, please email:

Alumni Accounts

WCL alumni are welcome to create CareerLink accounts. To request an account, send an email to with the following information:

  • Full Name with which you registered at WCL
  • Date of Graduation
  • Degree Program
  • Preferred Email Address (this will become your username)

What Can CareerLink Do For You?


Job Search CareerLink can be used to conduct job searches based on specific criteria, including practice area, job level, and location, among others.
Research Employers CareerLink houses hundreds of Employer Profiles, which students can use to learn more about a particular law firm or organization. Employer profiles feature URLs for employer websites, electronic recruiting brochures, and other valuable information to assist with the job search
Online Resources CareerLink contains links and passwords to Online Resources such as the Government Honors and Internship Handbook,, etc.
Apply Online CareerLink can be used to apply for positions electronically by uploading your resume, cover letter, transcript, writing sample, or other application materials.
Track Applications CareerLink allows students and alumni to track the status of an application, as well as upcoming interviews scheduled through the system.
Recruitment Programs CareerLink is used for both the Fall and Spring Recruitment Programs. Students use CareerLink to apply for On Campus Interviews, Resume Collections, Direct Applications, and Regional Interview Programs.
Listservs CareerLink Student/Alumni Profile allows students to register on listservs that match their areas of interest, (Government, Corporate, Public Interest, etc.).
Targeted Emails OCPD uses the information students and alumni provide on the CareerLink user profile to send targeted emails about late breaking employment opportunities and events that match any interests indicated on the profile.
OCPD Events Students and alumni can learn about and register for OCPD-sponsored events and programs by selecting the events tab at the top of the CareerLink homepage.
Student Surveys Students can use CareerLink to search fellow students' work experience and obtain contact information to enhance their knowledge of an employer or practice area.
