Employers

The Office of Career and Professional Development (OCPD) offers prospective employers a variety of ways to interact with our students, including job fairs, Fall and Spring recruitment, job postings, and networking events. Our Manager of Employer Relations and Recruiting Programs Manager work diligently to cultivate relationships with firms, courts, businesses, government agencies, and public interest organizations to find opportunities for our students and alumni. We encourage all employers to contact us at 202-274-4090 or recruit@wcl.american.edu for more information about how we can help them identify candidates from WCL.

Fall Recruitment Information

Online registration for the 2019 Fall Recruitment Program is now open! Join us as an OCI employer or consider our students through a resume collection. As in previous years, there is no fee to register for on-campus recruitment.

WCL Connections, our annual reception for Fall Recruitment employers, took place at AUWCL on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m.  The event provides a valuable opportunity for employers to meet students in an informal setting before the official recruitment season begins.

View session dates and register on AUWCL’s Symplicity system at https://law-american-csm.symplicity.com. Click on "OCI" then "Request Schedule." Please do not forget to click "submit" after completing your schedule request. You will receive a confirmation from our office once your schedule request is approved.

If you have any questions or need additional information, please email recruit@wcl.american.edu.
