Custom Designed Programs

The Program’s custom designed courses are open to a specific group of students and/or practitioners. These custom designed courses can be tailored more towards the subject-matter or geographic interests of specific groups than the general, summer Program on U.S. and International Anti-Corruption Law.  Generally, the custom designed courses are the result of a cooperation with a government agency, the judiciary, or a private company that wants to offer specialized knowledge about anti-corruption compliance to their employees or stakeholders. The tailored nature of these courses has the advantage that the substance of the course can be adjusted to the specific and individual needs of the audience, and the schedule of classes can be well adjusted to the course participants’ professional circumstances and availability. For example, the custom designed programs can include the following activities:

  • Certificate courses (also for CLE Credit) for practitioners, tailored for groups of professionals upon request (5 days)
  • Discussions with practitioners (half-day or day long)
  • In-country training (upon request)

In the past, the Program has offered custom designed programs to the following audiences:

  • Federal public attorneys from Brazil
  • Justices of the Supreme Federal Court & Supreme Court of Justice of Brazil
  • Internal Auditors – Government of Korea
  • Public prosecutors & judges - Czech Republic
  • Supreme Court & Appellate Judges - Sri Lanka
