Bribery and corruption, breaches of ethical norms and weakened accountability mechanisms in the U.S. and elsewhere have created an urgent need for legal professionals knowledgeable about anti-corruption laws and cases, codes of conduct and compliance training, investigation and risk management tools and preventive measures.
The U.S. and International Anti-Corruption Law Program provides peer-to-peer learning taught by leading experts and designed for public, private and non-profit sector professionals from around the world, enhancing expertise and expanding networks.
