Remote assistance is available whether you're at WCL or away via SimpleHelp.

Features

SimpleHelp allows a help desk technician to remotely access your PC, with your permission, to troubleshoot and fix some software problems remotely.

Requirements

An internet connection is required to use SimpleHelp.
