Description
Data stored on WCL servers is backed up nightly. In the event of an accidental file deletion, or need for a previous version of a file, it may be possible to restore from a backup.
Requirements
Backups have a limited retention period depending on the file type and location, so request restoration as soon as it is needed.
How to Obtain
Contact the help desk with details on the files that need to be restored, where they were stored, and if known, the cause for the restoration.
