This symposium will address the recent issues surrounding the Patriot Act Section 215 and FISA Section 702, and how it has vastly expanded the government's ability to monitor business practices. While cyber-privacy and surveillance will be addressed, the spotlight will be on the business side of national security law, specifically developing a greater understanding and awareness regarding the integral role of corporate America in counterterrorism.
