As both the law and reproductive technology advance and options for creating familieshave increased, so have questions relating to the legal relationships between parents, andbetween parent and child. This discussion with local family law practitioners will addressrecent changes in family law, including the implications of recent court decisions and theireffect on the practice of family law, and advising clients on a variety of issues such as taxand estate planning and adoption of children of married gay and lesbian couples, etc.
