This program will include a panel discussion on the application of the U.S. Constitution to members of the U.S. armed forces. Certain constitutional provisions and protections afforded to Americans do not apply to members of the military. This panel will discuss what those provisions are, why they do not apply to the military and whether that policy should or can be reconsidered.
