In the wake of the recent Supreme Court rulings on the "Defense of Marriage Act" in United States v. Windsor and Proposition 8 in Hollingsworth v. Perry, the LGBT civil rights movement is entering a new, exciting phase. Our expert panelists will discuss the impact that these cases might have on new legal strategies in lawsuits across the country, as well as how they are prompting new legislative and public policy efforts designed to capitalize on the movement's momentum.

Presented by Lambda Law Society, American Constitution Society, and the Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law
