AU Externs Meet with Chef Jeff Steelman at HMSHost Corporation

American University Washington College of Law externs Meredith Bayer, Sara Talebian and Walker Livingston met with nationally recognized Chef Jeff Steelman of HMSHost Corporation as part of the extern program "Skills of In-House Counsel," taught by Assistant Adjunct Professor Jon W. Stentz, associate General Counsel and Compliance Officer at HMSHost.
Chef Jeff is best known for creating restaurant concepts for use in U.S. airports, such as a recently opened Emeril's Table in New Orleans Airport, with Chef Emeril Lagasse. The 2L students are pictured during a taste testing of new Italian flat breads for use in restaurants slated for opening in Virginia.
