NCAA v. Alston Panel Discussion
Labor & Employment Law Society is hosting a discussion in conjunction with the Sports & Entertainment Law Society on SCOTUS’ decision in the NCAA v. Alston, which addresses the association’s restrictions on athlete compensation. Joining us will be WCL’s own Professor Jeremi Duru, as well as a special guest who currently practices in the field of sports law. There will be food provided as well.
