Recent Developments in Antitrust Enforcement – Navigating in a Sea of Change

12:30PM - 01:30PM Online via Zoom

Join WCL alumna Zarema Jaramillo of Lowenstein Sandler LLP and WCL Professor Jonathan Baker as they untangle the latest developments in the field of antitrust relating to the Biden Administration’s more aggressive approach to antitrust enforcement and consumer protection. Coupled with a flurry of proposed legislative changes that would dramatically overhaul antitrust law and enforcement in the United States, these developments may bring a sea of change.

Our panelists will provide their perspectives on the recent (and likely) developments in antitrust enforcement and how companies should prepare for and navigate the regulators’ and legislators’ increased antitrust activity.
