International Suite Talk Featuring Dadehys Noellie GAH, LLM’16 Head of Legal, Wave Mobile Money (Cote D'ivoire)

Dadehys Noellie GAH is an Ivorian Lawyer who served as the Project Officer for the African Mining Legislation Atlas (AMLA a-mla.org) project within the African Legal Support Facility, from 2017 to 2018, before managing the project from 2019 to 2020. Before joining the Facility, Noellie was a consultant at the World Bank Legal Vice Presidency, working on the AMLA project. She also previously held the Legal Officer (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Côte d'Ivoire) and Contract Manager positions (Huawei technologies Cote d'Ivoire).

Noellie is currently the Head of Legal of Wave Côte d'Ivoire, a subsidiary of an American mobile money company.


She holds an LLM in International Legal Studies from American University Washington College of Law, an LLM in Trade and Investment Law from the University of Pretoria Center of Human Rights, South Africa, and a Masters in OHADA Laws from the University of Bouaké, Cote d'Ivoire.

Day 1 JGSPL Symposium - The Future of Medication Abortions and Reproductive Health

 Abortion was a hotly debated issue well before the Supreme Court decided Roe v. Wade, with many states creating their own laws regarding abortion. Medication abortions involve the ingestion of drugs regulated by the Food and Drug Administration. Panelists will discuss the current regulations regarding medicated abortions within the context of reproductive health, and the potential impacts on users in the future.
