EQUAL REPRESENTATION IN ARBITRATION: Please TAKE THE PLEDGE!

The event is organized  to welcome the students who will participate in the Seventh LL.M. International Commercial Arbitration Competition which will take place April 13-14. This competition has been created specifically for LL.M. students, who are in general, not eligible to participate in most moot competitions. 

The conference (round table format) will discuss issues arising from the Competition problem which involves a request for arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law and the North American Free Trade Agreement brought forth over the denial of a mining permit.
