 This specialized Externship Fair is for Upper Level Students (2L+ and LLMs) focused on pursuing careers in business law, intellectual property, communications and health law.  This fair allows employers to meet with students in an intimate setting, allowing students to engage in meaningful conversations with employers while they learn about the organizations’ work and informally interview for possible externship opportunities. Mass and Fake Comments in Agency Rulemaking

The Administrative Law Review, in conjunction with the Administrative Conference of the United States, has organized a symposium to discuss comments in the rulemaking process.  The event will include a keynote address by Dominic Mancini as well as panels discussing the role of comments and public input in the rulemaking process and issues related to mass comments and fraudulent comments.
