After inviting and receiving suggestions from the public and Member States, ICSID published an updated Working Paper (WP #2), on March 15, 2019, to address the new proposals and to implement textual changes derived from these further suggestions. This panel discussion will cover various topics regarding the Rules and Regulations Amendment Process and provocative matters associated with changes between WP #1 and #2
