Welcome to our Program on Communications Regulation and Policy!
Access to communications is essential for economic and social development. Therefore, it is no wonder that communications strategies and information communications technologies have been cited in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as having a fundamental role in improving education, healthcare, gender equality, and fighting inequality among others.
Through ITSO’s Capacity Building Initiative, we have partnered with AUWCL for a unique program that trains professionals in this essential field. Our advisory board, which is made up of distinguished representatives in the field, are potential guest speakers and will provide valuable insight and networking opportunities for students enrolled in the program’s courses. We hope to grow the ranks of professionals that can catalyze international communications regulation and policy to help make the world a more sustainable and equitable place.
