Continuing Legal Education
American University Washington College of Law offers one of the most comprehensive ranges of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs in the D.C. area delivering on-site, online, and on-demand CLE programs.
On-site CLE Programs
The Office of Special Events and Continuing Legal Education (SECLE) currently provides a wide variety of on-site CLE programs both at the law school and at local firms.
During the past academic year, 62 programs offered CLE credits, with over 31 states being applied to for accreditation in diverse topics such as labor rights, privacy issues, climate change, and the global economy.
In addition to planned programs, customizable programs are available.
For further information on planned programs, or if you would like to propose a topic that you require CLE for but which we have not yet offered, please contact Jennifer Dabson, (202) 274-4077.
