Co-sponsored by the Family Law Society and ADRHS. Collaborative Law is another form of an alternate dispute resolution model where parties each retain collaboratively trained attorneys to represent them to resolve legal disputes in a cooperative and transparent manner with the goal to reach settlement without going to court. Collaborative Law is being used increasingly in both family law and non-family law cases!
