Momina is a Master of Laws (LL.M.) candidate at the Washington College of Law, specializing in Intellectual Property and Technology Law. She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and is certified in Information Privacy (CIPP/US) and Cybersecurity (CC).
Momina has previously interned with the Office of Consumer Protection within the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia and assisted in litigation matters pertaining to deceptive and unfair business practices as well as data breach notifications. She holds a B.A.-LL.B. (Honours) degree from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) in Lahore, Pakistan, and is licensed to practice law in Punjab, Pakistan.
