Professor Sean Flynn Appointed to Positions at the Universities of Amsterdam and Cape Town

PIJIP Director Sean Flynn has been appointed Visiting Scholar at the University of Amsterdam Institute for Information Law (IViR) and Senior Research Associate at the University of Cape Town IP Unit.
The appointments help promote long term partnerships with PIJIP on the study of copyright limitations and exceptions, including through PIJIP’s project on the Right to Research in International Copyright.
