PIJIP Professor and Faculty Director Michael Carroll participated in a panel discussion at a Seton Hall Law Review Symposium on Intellectual Property in the New Global Age.
The panel, "Copyright Protection in the Digital World" addressed the tension between the desire for a “free and open” internet and the desire to protect creatives’ and news publishers’ intellectual property rights online.
