Professor Sean Flynn presented on the decolonization of copyright law in South Africa at a series of meetings co-sponsored by the Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property and its South Africa partners.

The meetings featured keynote lectures from Ruth Okediji, Harvard Law School, and presentations by Adam Habib, Vice Chancellor University of Witwatersrand, former Constitutional Court Justice Zak Yacoob, University of Cape Town Professor Caroline Ncube, Professor Daniel Mashao of the Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment at the University of Johannesburg and Mugwena Maluluke, General Secretary of the South African Democratic Teacher’s Union.
