The World Intellectual Property Organization’s Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) held its 44th meeting on November 6-8, 2023, where substantial progress was made in protecting public interest issues within the two major standing items of the agenda -- on the Broadcast Treaty and on Limitations and Exceptions.
