Lindsay is Legal Counsel at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), an organization of the World Bank Group devoted to the resolution of disputes between sovereign States and foreign investors. In this capacity, she administers international arbitrations and serves as Secretary of tribunals and ad hoc committees. Before joining ICSID, Lindsay worked as an attorney with the law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in New York and London, where she represented parties in numerous proceedings before international tribunals.
Lindsay’s research to date has focused on international investment law, international courts and tribunals, and treaty practice and interpretation. She holds degrees from Georgetown University (J.D.) and University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne/Sciences Po (Master II), and is admitted to practice in New York.
