Transactional Cyber Competition

This competition is the first of its kind, melding cyber law issues with the transactional realm. The topics for this edition of our competition will be a dispute surrounding content moderation for a social media corporation, and a domain name dispute. Performance will be assessed through one long problem and one short problem, with the long problem prompt being made available a month in advance. The main goal of the Competition is to allow competitors to develop governance and transactional skills while learning and deepening interest in cyber and the internet. The competition will take place on Saturday April 22nd. The awards ceremony will be on Sunday April 23rd.

Teams will receive the prompt over a month in advance, and will compete against teams nationally at American University Washington College of Law.
