Dr. Sun Young Oh

Dr. Sun Oh successfully earned her S.J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in May 2010. Her dissertation was entitled “The Precautionary Principle in the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measure: Risk Management, Public Participation and a New Standard of Review.' Her fields of study and professional expertise include International Environmental Law and International Trade Law, and serving as a Sustainable and Development Law and Policy Staff Member from 2005 to 2006. Dr. Oh is a member of the New York State Bar. Dr. Oh is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Soongsil University in South Korea.
