Transactional Law Clinic Collaborative
As a result of COVID-19 and the ensuing closures, stay-at-home orders, and uncertainty, small business owners are facing new challenges and have to navigate brand new government programs to receive needed support.
During this time, law clinics from American University Washington College of Law and Georgetown University Law Center have formed the Transactional Law Clinic Collaborative with the goal of provide legal resources to small business and nonprofits in the DMV area. The Collaborative is comprised of AUWCL's Community & Economic Development Law Clinic and Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, as well as GULC's Social Enterprise & Nonprofit Law Clinic.
