Each students will be able to choose the area of his/her greatest substantive interest. There will also be a take-home final exam that also provides practical experience and will test the students’s ability to prepare a motion for an injunction, to determine whether an order is appealable, and to analyze issues presented when there are simultaneous proceedings in different courts.
