Melina Kurk is a fourth-year, full-time law student at the American University Washington College of Law. She is participating in a dual American J.D. and Canadian J.D. program with the American University Washington College of Law and the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. She currently serves as a Dean’s Fellow for the Tech, Law, and Security Program. During law school, Melina was a Summer Associate at the law firm Baker McKenzie LLP and has participated in differing moots. Prior to law school, Melina obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto in International Relations with minors in French and Spanish. She is an avid fitness enthusiast, including cycling and practicing yoga in her free time.
