Drishti Pradhan

Drishti Pradhan is an LL.M. candidate in Intellectual Property and Technology Law at the American University Washington College of Law. Originally from India, she earned her Bachelor’s in Legal Science and LL.B., a dual-degree program equivalent to the J.D. in the United States.

At WCL, Drishti is deeply interested in exploring how intellectual property law interacts with technology, innovation, and creative industries in a global context. Her interests lie at the intersection of law, technology, and security, with a focus on artificial intelligence regulation and emerging technologies.

Outside of academics, Drishti enjoys reading thriller novels and riding motorcycles.
