Exploring Neurotechnology and Human Rights: Bertoni Speaks at COE Convention 108 Plenary

June 19, 2025 – Our Director, Prof. Eduardo Bertoni, participated in the 48th Plenary of the Council of Europe’s Committee of Convention 108 in Strasbourg from June 17–19. On June 19, he presented on the COE's Draft Guidelines on Data Protection and Neural Data with Prof. Marcello Ienca from Technische Universität München.
