American University has adopted a Policy on Freedom of Expression and Expressive Conduct that applies fully to students, staff, and faculty regardless of employment status at the Washington College of Law. The law school applies the policy in all ways consistent with ABA Standard 208 on Academic Freedom and Freedom of Expression.
