Description
You will learn basic principles of insurance law by studying current insurance-related events, including the September 11 attacks, Hurricane Katrina and the Spitzer bid rigging investigations. You will work with a variety of cases, statutes, news and insurance industry websites. Guest speakers will participate in class presentations.
